Key responsibilities
- Work with service team and client IT to implement IT product solution.
- Follow internal IT standards, procedures and policies.
- Rapidly register, troubleshoot, solve, track, and archive issues related with client IT solution infrastructure and product.
- Provide product technical support to clients by call, e-mail and onsite.
- Provide basic technical training to external clients internal employees
- Provide IT helpdesk support to internal employees.
Qualifications
- College or Degree in computer science, information technology or related majors.
- At least 2 years work experience in IT helpdesk support and technical support.
- Hands on experiences in Microsoft Windows Server, Windows XP, Office, Linux/Unix, and other popular softwares.
- Knowledge of PC and server hardware, network devices, PBX, PDS, and so on.
- Strong trouble-shooting and problem solving skills.
- Good communication skills, service attitude and team player.
- Good English is needed.
- Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCSE or Linux certificated are preferred.
