岗位职责:
设计并开发高质量的用户界面
定义并构建用户使用场景的原型
设计并改进产品的用户体验
通过与最终用户和其它团队合作，明确并评估产品UI设计
职位要求:
设计及相关专业，本科或以上学历
两年以上相关工作经验
优秀的设计理念及设计感觉
精通Photoshop
对人机交互及可用性有较深理解
熟悉以用户为中心的设计方式(user centered design)
优秀的沟通能力、分析问题及解决问题的能力
熟练的英语听/说/读/写能力
熟悉法语者优先
熟悉HTML, CSS, XML和JavaScript者优先
熟悉Illustrator, Flash或其它设计工具者优先
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop high quality screens
Define and build prototype of scenarios and screen behaviors
Define, develop and improve the user experience of products
Work closely with end users and other team members to specify and assess user interface design of business solutions
Qualifications and Experience:
Recognized university degree in Graphical Design or Multimedia Design related discipline
At least 2+ year experience as a UI designer
Skilled in Photoshop
Having excellent concept and good taste
Be familiar with usability principles and ergonomics criteria
Be familiar with user centered design
Be adaptable to the User Interface Charter and the development processes
Have good ability in communication with others in design, proven analytical and problem solving skills and detail oriented
Good verbal and written communication in both Chinese and English
Be familiar with Illustrator, Flash and other design tools
HTML/CSS/Javascript is a plus
French is a plus
