岗位职责:
-执行公司销售计划,完成所负责区域的行业用户销售任务和销售回款目标;
-开拓新客户,建立良好合作关系;
-了解客户需求,制定和执行销售计划,提供解决方案,进行商务谈判;
-对潜在客户进行定期跟踪,维护客户满意度;
- 定期提交准确的销售进度报告;
- 参加公司的各种市场活动(行业展会、推广会),收集市场信息;
- 完成上级分配的其他工作。
职位要求:
- 大专以上学历,具有3年以上大客户销售经验;
- 熟悉解决方案/顾问式销售,较强的销售开拓和客户管理能力;
- 优秀的口头和书面的表达能力、演示能力和谈判能力;
-善于沟通,工作积极主动,执行力强,较强的团队协作和独立开展工作能力;
- 熟练掌握Microsoft Office应用技能;
- 能承受工作压力并经常出差;
- 熟悉企业大客户、政府、教育培训行业,有客户资源者优先;
- 良好的英语沟通能力。
Key responsibilities:
- Identify, develop and close a targeted list of key accounts (Corporate、Government 、Education sectors) to reach sales quota.
- Responsible for all phases of the sales process and actions.
- Prospect potential clients using various channels (exhibitions, networking, meetings, etc.).
- Establish and maintain customer relationship satisfaction through strong account management and implementation skills.
- Submit accurate sales reports and forecasts (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Participate actively to our marketing activities (trade shows, promotional events).
- Territory: China Mainland.
- Extensive customer visits and travels in the assigned territories.
Qualifications:
- Diploma, above 3 years proven successful Sales or Business Development experience.
- A formal understanding of Solution/Consultative Selling, strong prospecting and customer management skills. .
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Activity, good executive ability, team player.
- Independent, reliable and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good English in written and verbal communications
