岗位职责

鉴别、开发和签约目标客户群(企事业、政府机关、大学及培训机构),负责销售过程的各个环节,
-
通过各种渠道(电话销售、展会、网络、会议等)获取潜在客户,
-
通过各种客户管理和服务技巧,维护客户满意度,
-
提交准确的(每日、每周、每月)销售报告,
-
参加公司的各种市场活动(行业展会、推广会),
-
销售区域:中国大陆,
-
在负责销售区域内出差拜访客户。
职位要求
-
年龄28岁以上,具有大客户和政府行业销售经验,
-
深入理解解决方案/咨询式销售,较强的电话销售和开拓能力,
-
开发和管理指定区域的销售收入最大化的能力,
-
优秀的口头和书面的表达能力、演示能力和谈判能力,
-
团队合作精神,
-
自我激励能力,
-
专科以上学历,MBA优先考虑,
-
熟练掌握Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)应用技能,
-
熟练的英语口语和书面沟通能力。
Key responsibilities
-
Identify, develop and close a targeted list of key accounts (Corporate, Government sectors, Univercity and Training Center) ,
with responsibility for all phases of the sales process. ,

Prospect potential clients using various channels (Cold call, exhibitions, networking, meetings, etc.),
-
Maintain customer satisfaction through strong account management and implementation skills,
-
Submit accurate sales reports and forecasts (daily, weekly, monthly),
-
Participate actively to our marketing activities (trade shows, promotional events),
-
Territory: China Mainland,
-
Extensive customer visits and travels in the assigned territories.
Qualifications
-
Age 28+ with good experience selling to big Corporate、Government sectors、Univercity and Training Center,
-
A formal understanding of Solution/Consultative Selling and strong cold calling and prospecting skills,
-
Proven ability to prospect and manage a designated territory to maximize revenue growth,
-
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities,
-
Team player,
-
Self motivated,
-
BA or BS required, MBA a plus,
-
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),
-
Fluent English is definitely a plus.
