Responsibilities
-
Lead and supervise telemarketer team to achieve the team quota ,
-
Design team’s process related documentation,
-
Train telemarketers to reach their goals,
-
Implement and manage telemarketers to create enough meetings for sales teams ,
-
Close cooperation with sales teams, Record telemarketers’ performance and report on daily and weekly basis,
-
Update and build up clients’ database.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 2 years management experience from operation or customer service management experience,
-
Direct experience in telemarketers/customer service environment,
-
Advanced PC skills (Word, Excel, Power point, Internet),
-
Standard Chinese and fluent English (oral and written),
-
Ability to take high pressure,
-
Diploma degree or above.
