岗位职责
-
领导、管理和培训销售团队(北京/上海),
-
鉴定、开发和保持主要目标客户(企业、政府),
-
负责贯彻实施销售的每个环节
-
通过不同的销售方式(电话销售、展会、网络、会议等),发展潜在客户,
-
通过良好的说明和实施管理技巧,保证客户的满意度,
-
呈报精确的销售报告和销售预测(每日、每周、每月),
-
积极参加公司的市场活动(展会、推广活动),
-
市场范围:中国大陆,
-
在指定区域内出差拜访客户.
职位要求
-
32岁以上,有大客户和政府的销售经验,
-
理解解决方案或咨询服务的销售,较强的电话销售和预期技巧,
-
有能力拓展和管理所辖销售区域,达到销售收入最大化,
-
优秀的书面和口头交流、演示、谈判能力,
-
有团队合作精神,
-
有积极进取精神,
-
大学学士学位以上,MBA优先,
-
熟练使用office软件(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),
-
熟练的英语口语和书面表达能力.
Responsibilities
-
Lead, supervise and train the sales team(Beijing/Shanghai),
-
Identify, develop and close a targeted list of key accounts (Corporation and Government sectors),
-
You will be responsible for the implementation of all phases of the sales process,
-
Prospect potential clients using various channel (Cold calls, exhibitions, networking, meetings, etc.),
-
Maintain customer satisfaction through strong account management and implementation skills,
-
Submit accurate sales reports and forecasts (daily, weekly, monthly),
-
Participate actively to our marketing activities (trade shows, promotional events),
-
Territory: China Mainland,
-
Extensive customer visits and travels in the assigned territories.
Qualifications
-
Age 32+ with good experience of language training market,
-
A formal understanding of Solution/Consultative Selling and strong cold calling and prospecting skills,
-
Proven ability to prospect and manage a designated territory to maximize revenue growth,
-
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities,
-
Team player,
-
Self motivated,
-
BA or BS required, MBA a plus,
-
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),
-
Fluent English is a MUST.
